The real problem

Most launches don't fail on launch day. They fail six weeks earlier, quietly.

They fail the day you decide to build something nobody asked for. The day you pick a revenue goal because it sounded good out loud. The day you tell yourself you'll "figure out the emails later," and later turns out to be the night before cart open.

I know this pattern personally, because it's mine. I'm strong at building and ideating, and I stall at the final decisive step. I've watched thousands of creators do the same thing: pour weeks into the deliverable, then wing the launch. The product is polished. The launch is a prayer.

The plan was never written down, so the plan was never real.

Your launch doesn't need more hustle or a 40-lesson course on launching. It needs the same thing every other part of your business needs: a system that asks the hard questions early, does the math for you, and tells you the truth while there's still time to act on it.

See it in action

Watch the whole system work in 77 seconds.

One pass through the real workbook: the go/no-go verdict, the goal math, the AI drafting map, and the launch-week tracker.

Monica Froese thinking through launch strategy
What changes

Launching stops being a leap of faith and starts being a checklist.

Every decision that used to live in your head, the goal, the go/no-go call, the daily pace, gets a cell, a formula, and an honest answer.

What it does for you

Five jobs, handled before they become problems.

Each one is a place launches quietly die. Each one has a tab waiting for it.

1

It stops you from building the wrong thing

The Validation tab logs real interest, signups, replies, presale dollars, and issues an automatic GO, MAYBE, or NO-GO verdict before you sink weeks into building.

2

It sets a revenue goal you can defend

The Goal Calculator turns your actual list size, open rate, and traffic into conservative, expected, and stretch scenarios. No more numbers pulled out of the air.

3

It hands AI the first draft of everything

Fourteen launch tasks mapped to ready-to-use prompts, plus a context block that writes itself from your offer details. AI drafts, you edit.

4

It tells you mid-launch if you're behind

The Live Revenue Tracker compares your daily sales to a typical launch curve and flags On Pace or Behind while the cart is still open, charted live on the Launch Dashboard.

5

It makes launch two easier than launch one

The Launch History tab logs every launch you run, so your next goal comes from your own data instead of a guess.

Try the verdict for yourself

Watch three weeks of evidence flip the verdict.

This is the tab that stops you from building the wrong thing. Click through a validation window and watch the sheet come to a decision for you.

What's inside

Thirteen tabs, organized into five moves.

Two cells power the whole thing: your launch date and your cart length. Set them once and every date, deadline, and launch-week day calculates itself.

01Decide

Validate before you build

The Offer Brief nails your positioning on one page. The Validation & Go-No-Go tab logs real interest and presale dollars, then gives you an honest verdict.

Set a goal the math supports

Your list size, email plan, and conversion rates become projected units and revenue, in three scenarios, with your price pulled straight from the Offer Brief. The Launch Dashboard turns it all into KPI tiles and live charts.

Monica Froese teaching creators how to use AI in their launches
The 75/25 principle

AI writes the first draft. You bring the judgment.

The Launch OS doesn't ask you to trust AI with your launch. It asks AI to do the 75% that's blank-page work, so you can spend your energy on the 25% that's actually yours.

The signature feature

A context block that writes itself.

Fill in your Offer Brief and the spreadsheet assembles a ready-to-paste context block: your offer, your audience, your price, your transformation, your voice rules. Paste it into Claude or ChatGPT once, and every prompt after that is anchored to your actual offer instead of a generic one.

TRANSFORMATION: From 40 minutes of prompt fiddling to copy-ready drafts in one paste

Stage 1 · Validate · Example task: test the idea before you build it

The sheet does: logs every reply, DM, and waitlist join, then scores it against your target.

AI drafts:

Write 3 short survey questions that would tell me the truth about whether my audience would buy this.

Typical time saved on this task: 15 minutes. The sheet tracks it.

Stage 2 · Build · Example task: first draft of the sales page

The sheet does: holds your positioning so the prompt below has real substance behind it.

AI drafts:

Draft a sales page for this launch: headline, 3-sentence story open, 5 bullet outcomes, FAQ with 5 objections.

Typical time saved on this task: 90 minutes. That's the biggest one in the map.

Stage 3 · Pre-Launch · Example task: the 5-email pre-launch sequence

The sheet does: calculates every send date backward from your cart-open day.

AI drafts:

Write a 5-email pre-launch sequence: problem, story, social proof, objection, cart-open reminder.

Typical time saved on this task: 65 minutes, and the sequence lands on the right days.

Stage 4 · Launch Week · Example task: the cart-close email

The sheet does: tracks daily revenue against a typical launch curve, so you know whether this email needs to work harder.

AI drafts:

Write a last-chance email. Cart closes at [time]. Name the real deadline, no fake urgency.

The last two emails of a launch routinely do the heaviest lifting. These don't get skipped.

Stage 5 · Post-Launch · Example task: harvest the testimonials

The sheet does: logs every quote with permission status, and files the launch into your history so next time starts smarter.

AI drafts:

Write a short, warm message asking a buyer for a testimonial, with 2 specific questions to make it easy to answer.

Fourteen mapped tasks in total, across all five stages, each with its prompt and time saved.

Monica Froese, digital product strategist and AI educator
My first product was a spreadsheet. 2016.
Who built this

I built this for myself first.

I'm Monica Froese. I have an MBA in finance, a decade-plus of running my own digital product business, and a first product that was, no joke, a budget spreadsheet I built in 2016. Since then I've taught 60,000+ students and generated $8M+ in digital product revenue, most of it launch by launch.

Here's the honest part: I'm great at building and I stall at the final decisive step. That pattern is exactly why this system exists. Every tab in the Launch OS is a guardrail I needed myself, the validation verdict, the goal math, the pace check that says "behind" while there's still time to send one more email.

Since 2024 I've moved my whole business onto AI infrastructure, not as a shortcut but as a system. This spreadsheet is that philosophy in one file.

Fit check

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

This is for you if

  • You have an audience, even a small one, and a digital product to launch or relaunch
  • You've launched before on gut feel and want the next one to run on a system
  • You already use AI (or want to) and need it anchored to your real offer, not generic prompts
  • You'd rather open a spreadsheet than sit through another course about launching

This is not for you if

  • You have no audience and no product yet, start with building one of those first
  • You want someone to run the launch for you, this is a system, not a service
  • You're looking for a video course, the instructions live inside the spreadsheet on purpose
Real reviews, real buyers

The complete 13-tab AI-Powered Product Launch OS$49

Here's the honest math: if the validation tab stops you from building one wrong product, it has paid for itself roughly a hundred times over in saved weeks alone.

Questions, answered

Everything you'd ask before buying.

No. The AI Launch Assistant is tool-agnostic: the prompts and the context block work in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or whatever you already use, including the free tiers. And twelve of the thirteen tabs work exactly the same with no AI at all.
Both. The workbook was built and tested for Google Sheets and Excel, every formula in it. Most buyers use the Google Sheets copy so the auto-dating and pace checks travel with them everywhere.
Those run your business year-round: content, finances, products, funnels. The Launch OS runs one thing, a single launch, from "should I even build this?" through the post-launch debrief. They're designed to work side by side, and nothing in this file duplicates a tab you already own.
If you have an audience and a product idea, this is arguably the best time to use it, because the Validation tab will save you from the classic first-launch mistake of building for six weeks before finding out nobody wanted it. Every tab has example data showing exactly what goes where.
Yes, that's the point of the Launch History tab. Log each launch's final numbers, duplicate the file, and start the next one with your own data as the benchmark instead of a guess. Buy it once, use it for every launch you ever run.
No. The instructions live inside the spreadsheet: a START HERE tab with setup steps, a color key, and a 10-question troubleshooting FAQ. You can be set up and working in under ten minutes.
