I ran this framework on my own list before it was ever a teaching tool. Four experiments over roughly six weeks, tracked start to finish, and I have kept running the method since.

I sent my experiment email early on a Friday morning while I was at the hospital with my dad for surgery, not my usual send time, and something magical happened. Why I built this
My open rate looked fine. That was the problem.
In 2025 my email revenue slid and I could not work out why. When I finally sat down with the numbers, the thing that jumped out was not opens, which looked healthy, or clicks, which were unremarkable. It was replies. I used to get a lot of them and they had quietly stopped.
So I started running experiments on my own list to see whether I could deliberately create replies instead of waiting for them. The first one brought back 125 in forty-eight hours. By the third I had finally worked out the piece I had been missing, which is what you say after someone writes back, and that one email turned into $8,449 in a single day.
I packaged the whole sequence into a skill file so you do not have to work it out the way I did. It is free because the summit is where I would rather meet you than in an ad.

Do I need a big email list for this to work?
No, and a small list is often the easier place to start. This works whether your list is five people or fifty thousand, because it is built for people who already opted in rather than for cold outreach. On a small list you can answer every reply yourself, and answering them is where the sales come from.
What AI assistant do I need to run this?
Whatever you already use. The skill is written to run in Claude, ChatGPT, or any other assistant you have open, and the install instructions cover each of them.
