Plan all of November before Black Friday startsThe planner behind my $200K November.

Most people throw a sale together the week of Thanksgiving. I sell to my warmest buyers first, then build urgency, then run my best deals when everyone else shows up. This free planner maps that whole month for you, with the dates already filled in.

The cascade

Black Friday is a month, not a dayEach stage steps down to a wider audience.

When I was a kid, the outlet mall opened at 4am and cascaded its discounts: shop by 10 and it's 50% off, shop by 2 and it's 40%. I built my November the same way, in three stages that each hand momentum to the next one.

Stage 1 · Warmest Weeks 1 and 2 · Nov 1 to 14

Exclusivity

Your past buyers get an offer they have never seen and won't see again, at the best price you've ever given them. This is where you front-load the month, while inboxes are still quiet.

Stage 2 · Whole list Week 3 · Nov 15 to 24

Urgency

Repackage work you've already done so it only exists this week: a bundle you have never offered, something pulled out of retirement, or a bonus that only makes sense right now.

Stage 3 · Everyone Wed Nov 25 to Cyber Monday

Best Deals

The loud week, kept simple. One page, one link, short emails. Spotlight one offer on Black Friday, one on Small Business Saturday, and one on Cyber Monday.

Why I plan it this way

What my Novembers taught meNot one of these needed a webinar.

$30,000+
100 seats, one email

In 2019 I offered 100 seats of a brand-new course at $297 to students who already owned one of my other courses. I went live in the student Facebook group, sent one email, and sold the seats.

$50,000+
The first two weeks of November

In 2020 I did it again with a founders round priced for current students only: 100 seats at $497, sold before the Black Friday noise even started.

3-for-1
Same courses, different words

One year I sold three courses together at 40% off. The next year I sold the exact same three as "3-for-1" to a list about the same size, and it brought in tens of thousands of dollars more.

$13,000+
Work I had already done

I had rebuilt my ads course for my Lab students only. Opening it to everyone for one week in November made a little over $13,000 from content that already existed.

From Monica

“Your buyers are going to spend money with someone in November. I want them to spend it with you before everyone else's deals open.”

I've taught more than 60,000 students and made over $8M selling my own digital products, and my best November brought in over $200,000. It didn't happen because I had the deepest discount. It happened because I planned the whole month instead of the weekend. This planner is the method I teach, rebuilt so you can fill it in instead of reading about it.
