Who built these
I built these for myself first.
I am Monica Froese. I have spent the last decade building and selling digital products, more than 60,000 students and over $8M in revenue, with a newsletter that goes out to more than 20,000 readers every week. I have an MBA in finance and I spent years in corporate brand management before I went full time in my own business.
I am also a single mom of two daughters, which means I have never once had a spare hour to babysit AI output. So I stopped writing clever prompts and started building permanent infrastructure instead. These four are the ones I reach for most, and I still use every one of them today. That is the only reason I hand them out. I teach what I actually use.

What exactly is an AI Skill?
A plain text file you install into your own AI account. It is not a prompt you paste each time and it is not a tool you log into. Once it is installed it loads automatically whenever you start a relevant chat, which is the whole point: your assistant stops forgetting your business.
Which AI assistant do I need?
Whichever one you already pay for. The files work in Claude, ChatGPT, and other assistants that let you add custom instructions or skills, and each guide covers the install steps for the common ones.
How long does it take to set up?
A few minutes per skill. If you only do one thing today, install Daily Workflow and run it tomorrow morning before you open your inbox. It is the one that changes how the day starts.
Is this really included, or is there a catch?
