I built these for myself first.

I am Monica Froese. I have spent the last decade building and selling digital products, more than 60,000 students and over $8M in revenue, with a newsletter that goes out to more than 20,000 readers every week. I have an MBA in finance and I spent years in corporate brand management before I went full time in my own business.

I am also a single mom of two daughters, which means I have never once had a spare hour to babysit AI output. So I stopped writing clever prompts and started building permanent infrastructure instead. These four skills are the ones I reach for most, and I still use every one of them today.

Before You Opt In

The questions I get every time.

A Skill is a plain text file you upload into your AI account once. From that point on, your assistant loads it automatically whenever the work calls for it, so you stop re-explaining your business at the start of every conversation. You own the file itself, which means it is portable and nobody can take it back.

Skills work on both free and paid Claude accounts. In ChatGPT, Skills are supported on any paid plan. A paid plan gives you higher usage limits, but you can install and use all four of these on a free Claude account today.

A few minutes. You upload each file to your account and you are done. The Daily Workflow skill asks you a handful of questions about your business the first time you run it, which takes about ten minutes and is what makes its output specific to you instead of generic.
